Amadeus protects privileged accounts in the travel industry with One Identity Safeguard

Privileged users of extended rights, which gives them access to sensitive data as such they represent a very high security risk. We need to make sure we protect, monitor and detect misuse of these privileges, as well as respond to any breach. Protecting, detecting and reacting quickly is crucial. Monitoring of privileged decisions is compulsory to keep a high security posture and to comply with regulatory requirements. Thanks to One Identity Safeguard the security of the workforce have improved because they are never fully recorded and monitored in real time. Safeguard has helped us to increase our security posture and to have visibility on who does what doing activities. It also enables us to enforce security policies like for example turner's version. In the past if one of our critical application was turned down, we were aggregating system notes to understand what happened and the analysis was done quickly. Now Safeguard allows quicker analysis and understanding of what is done and by whom during a privileged session. Safeguard access to detect and accelerate the investigation of forensic of security incidents. Safeguard helps us keep high security standards. My experience working with One Identity is highly predictive. I particularly value the relationship we have with our technical manager. He is working with us not only during implementation time, but also helping us during the maintenance of the product. Technically, I would advise the introduction of a balancing mechanism for Safeguard traffic if more than one instance is required. During implementation time I will not underestimate the support that any user will require.
